Namira has been a breath of fresh air within NEW’s Champions for Change (CFC) facilitation team. CFC is a cohort-based leadership development program supporting 24 changemakers across southeast Michigan, and Namira brings a depth of facilitation rooted in racial justice, collective care, and healing. She plays a unique and essential role on our team, offering expertise in nurturing both personal and organizational transformation, and in visioning toward liberation.
